In all of his creations, the chef – Alex – combines flavor with finesse while maintaining consideration for the source of the food: All ingredients are carefully selected by the owner, Dana and Alex.
All of the meats come from free-range farms that maintain the animals’ dignity.
For this and other reasons, The Library Bistrot does not accept fur on the premises.
